        We are on version 6.1.01 Mixed Mode, and it is happening to us, too.
Just had an instance today, in fact...

no, but it was disappointing to note that you are on v6.1.01. we are on
v6.0.04 and this happens to us. i was hoping that this would have been
corrected in v6.1.01. having duplicate ECL lines can cause the ORD700
program to go into a loop. we run a query each evening to look for duplicate
ECL records and we clean them up first thing each morning.
