SSA GT announces support for BPCS on OS/400 V5R1 for the IBM iSeries and IBM
AS/400 systems. SSA GT has completed testing and supports the following
releases of BPCS on OS/400 V5R1: 8.0, 6.1.01, 6.0.04, 6.0.02, and BPCS CD.

Support for BPCS releases 8.0, 6.1.01, 6.0.04 and 6.0.02 on OS/400 V5R1
requires the following IBM PTFs to be applied and activated. These PTFs are
expected to be available from IBM in August, 2001.

An Informational APAR will be available shortly on IBM's support website and
will contain detailed information on using SSA GT's BPCS application with
V5R1 including the installation and activation of the required PTFs listed
above. This informational APAR will continue to be updated by IBM and SSA GT
as necessary throughout the support period of OS/400 V5R1.
