Mark,thanks for your input, a follow up. Since it is related to CEA input, is it created when the payable is entered and as such more related to the APL file? There is no date in the ASD record, so the only link seems to be back to APH/APL with vendor and invoice. Also, all records have a record Id of "SD", which begs the question of when do they become "purgeable", when the underlying payable goes away, when (if eve)r the ledger entries go away or both? Any thoughts on that ?
