Jerry, Nexgen Software Technologies has provided BPCS Helpdesk services for a number of years. In fact in the past SSA outsourced part of its Helpdesk support to Nexgen. One of the many benefits of our Helpdesk is that we support your application including modifications. Additionally, we have dedicated BPCS trained staff manning the helpdesk on a permanant basis rather than consultants with pagers that are at cient locations, etc.. Please respond to BPCS-L
Can anyone comment on what other options are out there as opposed to
SSAGT's OGS. Just exploring the opportunities and costs of getting OGS
from another source.
