We at American Metal Products use windows 2000 (SP1) with BPCS 6.0.02 (MM) January 1998 Version of PLF on an AS/400 720 on V4R4. There have not been any issues with BPCS concerning the client server that I know. I am assuming that you are using the BPCS TCP/IP Daemon interface to the client server and not using some type of Client Access router. We are using (COM) and (CEA). There are issues with Client Access. I recommend the Client Access Express for Windows. I know there are several versions out there. I would go a head and get the latest that will work with your version of the operating system. Since you may need to upgrade anyway. Some of the earlier versions will not let you map network drives to the AS/400 on windows 2000.
