You canīt enter a negative number in Order Entry and shouldnīt change it. Negatives are generated only when you enter RMA Entry lines and they are converted to Order lines. They are separate options. Be aware that a negative quantity is different to a positive one on functionality. A positive represent an order, and a negative represents a return. Hope this helps. We have beginner to not quite intermediate knowledge of Asset but haven't been able to find the program that validates this field. If you enter a negative, a message is returned stating the value can't be equal to or less than 0. If we knew which program this msg comes from we could probably figure out the rest. thanks +--- | This is the BPCS Users Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to BPCS-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to BPCS-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to BPCS-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner: dasmussen@aol.com +--- +--- | This is the BPCS Users Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to BPCS-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to BPCS-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to BPCS-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner: dasmussen@aol.com +---
