The question may need to be rephrased with a bit more information.

MANY companies run BPCS without shop orders.
All they use BPCS for is accounting applications, or customer fulfllment.
They use some other system for their manufacturing.
I do not know why they not on one integrated ERP

SOME companies run their companies without manufacturing.
They use DRP to transfer stuff between warehouses
They do not need manufacturing modules of BPCS
I do not know why they run their companies with BPCS
