Our associate Kathy Purdue reports: I have seen ORD570D2 looping between BIL521B & CST590B. The file I/O on BBLL05 was maxed out. A query of the BBL file showed that there were duplicate lines for the same order number. We held the job, determined the order with the duplicate lines using SQL over the BBL file. We changed the BORD order # on the duplicated lines to 999999, so that the job would stop looping. Then we changed the BORD value back to the original order number. The billing for the order was incorrect, but this approach allowed the job to end normally and minimized cleanup requirements. We were not directed to trace the cause, but we think this situation was initiated by confirming the same lines more than once. John G.
