There are a lot of fields in BPCS files that sound like they might contain useful data. DSPFFD & file name can get you a layout. RUNQRY *N & file name will show you which fields are actually populated. If you are looking at IACST field on INV300 ... this is NOT coming from IIM rather, there is a called program CST590 which gets the data from CMF We use costing by facility. CIC is like an IIM item master by facility. When we do a CST600 cost roll-up, CIC drives which CMF is updated & CIC gets populated with the OLD summary, which means that instead of doing a scan on the audit trail to find lines with changes, you could do a comparison of CMF bucket 0 with CIC summary, right after CST600 to see what just changed in the standard costs. We only roll up standard costs, but a company might be doing CST500 or some other CST program on actual costs.
