RE: LH vs LS record type in GLH

You get 'LS' records when you have summarization turned on (Summary with
Detail) at the journal source or segment level.  'LH' records are the actual
journal lines, 'LS' records are the subsystem detail for those summarized
lines.

Can someone please explain the difference between the record types
'LH' and 'LS' in GLH?  Also, is there anywhere to get a explanation of
all record types for all files?
