We are on 6.101 Mixed Mode. We have a problem where LCC shuts down when our
users are freight rating and trying to add a flat charge. We have had this
problem since we went live on 6.1 full c/s. We have been working with the
help desk, and below is what we have tried to resolve the problem:

 1. Help desk had us look at:
        a. security set up. Made some changes here, but it did not fix
        b. OLM setup. It was ok
        c. Turned on debug and sent logs to SSA. Never heard back from them
on this
        d. Downloaded patch from SSA ftp site to upgrade lcc to newest
version. Loaded patch on users' pc. This did not help.
        e. Also upgraded pc to windows nt service pack 6.
2. Independent of the help desk, we loaded Client Access Express with the
newest service pack on users' pc. Still got kicked off. Aslo tried switching
pc to different data port, and this had no effect.

Anyone have ideas on where to look next?
