Thanks for the replies on my previous request they were a great help. I apologise if this request is out of line but I have been given the task to develop a scheduling policy for my company. The policy still has ramifications as far as BPCS is concerned i.e. lead times, customer status, forecasts etc. We have to incorporate standard lead times for standard products and we also have contract customers as well . Then we have ratings such as " K " , "T" , & "C" . "K" = no 1 and so on. Once again I apologise if I' am out of line here but I would appreciate any help either through this forum or as a side issue.
