Hi , running ACR970 will re-build the RCM outstanding amount due which is shown on acount enquiry, just as a small note we are running bpcs 6.1.01 full client server and have the following rebuild programs run in batch before any nightly processing takes place as there are glitches in the software. **** Beginning of data *************************** /* Reset on order allocated */ CALL PGM(BPCSU61SP/INV971BCMT) /* Cleanup FMA & FOd files */ CALL PGM(BPCSU61SP/SFC990CBMT) /* Cleanup ECL & ECS files */ CALL PGM(BPCSU61SP/ORD990CBMT) /* Cleanup Allocations */ CALL PGM(BPCSU61SP/SYS990CBMT) /* Update iim from ILI */ CALL PGM(BPCSU61SP/INV972CBMT) /* Delete IWI records */ CALL PGM(BPCSU61SP/INV973CMT) /* Reset RCM amount due */ CALL PGM(BPCSU61SP/ACR970CBMT) /* Delete ILI with no demeand */ CALL PGM(BPCSU61SP/INV970CBMT) Brgds Patrick cmassoglia@voyager.net@midrange.com on 28/01/2001 01:48:23 Please respond to BPCS-L@midrange.com Sent by: owner-bpcs-l@midrange.com To: BPCS-L@midrange.com cc: vaneeb@gte.net Subject: RAR balance not equal to RCM balance The sum of the remaining balance (RREM) in RAR does not equal the CAMTD field in RCM for a number, if not a majority, of customers. Will running ACR970 fix this problem? Also, are there any considerations to running ACR970 other than making sure no one is in a program which updates these files? Thanks in advance. +--- | This is the BPCS Users Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to BPCS-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to BPCS-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to BPCS-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner: dasmussen@aol.com +--- +--- | This is the BPCS Users Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to BPCS-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to BPCS-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to BPCS-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner: dasmussen@aol.com +---
