No Subject

Hello,
Have read from past postings , that if the status in FLT.LTSTS <> 'P', seem 
it is due to some issue on the workstation settings. Did took a look at this 
setting but all fields in this settings were blank (is in grey mode). The 
seting is all controlled in odo.cfg file. A test to create a labout ticket 
seem to give a FLT.LTSTS = *blank. Hopefully someone could throw some light 
on this. Thank you.....
