Hi Igor, we here in Dirona, Mexico are currently using RMS Sequenced Shipping in
the Automotive industry. Our customers send their sequences through EDI
transaction 866 and we receive this information in ECM and process this
sequences in RMS.

Dear all,

Automotive supply industry is specific by using sequencingas the way of
handling components to produce the right items required by vehicle
manufacturer. Core BPCS does not support sequencing (as I know). So this part
of manufacturing process is usually (or needs to be) solved by using
third-part systems.

Lately I found on ssagt.com site the document named "SSA Portfolio Solution
for the automotive supply industry". The document contains information about
the product called SSA Portfolio SEQUENCE. I never heard about such BPCS
product.

Does anybody have experience with SSA Portfolio SEQUENCE product or is there
any place where info about SEQUENCE product can be found?

I would appreciate any info.
