When a Pick Confirm is done with Confirm Qty as 0 and Drop flag as 'Y', it actually reduces the Quantity Order for that line from allocation. This updates IWI file as well. This method can be used to drop off the remaining allocations from an Order.

Thanks

It would be nice when an order is comfirmed with no backorder that any
remaining allocations would drop off.
We are on BPCS 405CD. If someone does order maintance and deletes a line
with allocations, the allocations seem to stay.

Also on Shop Orders and FMA, if operation and or order is complete it
would be nice if additional allocations would drop off.
