Hiya guys, I understand the potential frustrations, but it's best to keep powder dry with a vendor until you're ready to kill them. Been there too many times. Also, make sure you have corporate legal fully aware of what's going on.. BUT, I have to admit that I'm a lurker on this list and my background is that dreaded MAPICS (the reason so many folks went to BPCS long ago!) and I've not been active on BPCS in a while. That said, I was TOTALLY FLOORED to see that people are dealing with software ESCROW accounts? Are you stoned? If you can't get the source code you need and the full set, don't buy the package! During bankruptcy proceedings, escrowed software is a attachable asset of the creditors...hello folks, you could be beholding to some place that hasn't a clue what software is by virtue that they got it via a recieership process... (typo's intentional for you to find and enjoy:) Don +--- | This is the BPCS Users Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to BPCS-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to BPCS-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to BPCS-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner: dasmussen@aol.com +---
