Hiya guys, I understand the potential frustrations, but it's best to keep
powder dry with a vendor until you're ready to kill them.  Been there too
many times.  Also, make sure you have corporate legal fully aware of
what's going on..

BUT, I have to admit that I'm a lurker on this list and my background is
that dreaded MAPICS (the reason so many folks went to BPCS long ago!) and
I've not been active on BPCS in a while.  That said, I was TOTALLY FLOORED
to see that people are dealing with software ESCROW accounts?  Are you
stoned?  If you can't get the source code you need and the full set, don't
buy the package!  During bankruptcy proceedings, escrowed software is a
attachable asset of the creditors...hello folks, you could be beholding to
some place that hasn't a clue what software is by virtue that they got it
via a recieership process...
