All SABU Group and SABU Vendors,

Effective September 29, 2000, at the annual SABU Board of Directors
Meeting,
the SABU Board voted to disband the board and the users group. This action
was taken due to the bankruptcy filing of SSA and the formation of SSAGT
which has terminated many affiliate relationships that have supported the
conference in the past.

SSA Global Technologies has made plans for a unified North American Users
Group and Conference.

We would like to thank all of the past attendees and sponsors for their
support and wish you continued success with BPCS.
