Well, perhaps I base my opinion of AS/SET generated code on the code I find on my system. I know one of the programmers so the poor programmer explanation could fly, but if that is the explanation for one programmers code then it must be for all AS/SET programmers who cause AS/SET to generate worthless RPG. In that case then each and every person who works for SSA is guilty of this style of programming.
