I'm not a fan of AS/SET all all either but I do believe in these kind of coding tools if they work properly. Here's a recent example. We ran a BPCS AS/SET generated program and after 6 hours we found it in a loop. Yes, there was a BMR for this that we failed to look for. There are thousands that you don't know you need until your program bombs. Anyway, due to a time constraint, we wrote the same pgm in Native RPG and it ran successfully in 45 minutes. I vote AS/SET out for anyone who cares. TAKE THEM OUT AND GIVE US SOURCE PROGRAMS THAT CAN BE READ! chick doe barton instrument systems +--- | This is the BPCS Users Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to BPCS-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to BPCS-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to BPCS-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner: dasmussen@aol.com +--- +--- | This is the BPCS Users Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to BPCS-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to BPCS-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to BPCS-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner: dasmussen@aol.com +---
