Rick- We've had a lot of problems with invoicing also,(6.04 mixed mode). I don't
know how your folks are connected to your AS/400, but we have TCP/IP
connections(No CA). IF a user(they do it all the time) hits the X in the windows
environment, it will not only leave the in-use flag on but also the
workstation-id in the BBH&BBL(fields BLHWSID&BLWSID). It's easy enough to fix
but very annoying. BTW, this happens at pick-confirm time where it creates the
BBH & BBL. Also, we have had problems with order entry folks closing orders
in-between the pick-confirm&billing which left those in BBH & BBL with the
status as you described.

Subject: Orders not Invoicing

BPCS 6.1 Mixmode

Just recently and with no BMR's applied, our billing job has been skipping
some invoices during the normal run.
We have discovered 5 orders in the BBL and BBH files with record Id's of
'BZ' and in the ECH file the in use flag is on. It appears that since
these orders have been in the status their in, it skips them, but also all
other invoices after those.
We've not seen these 'BZ' records before in these files and once we changed
the record ID's to the appropriate ID, those 5 orders invoiced and the
other invoices after them also invoiced properly.

Anyone else seen this type of happening. Thanks
