Has anybody tried to respond to the e-mail address given with the "Audit &
Compliance Concurrent/Named Users Procedure" letter that was sent out by
SSA?  The e-mail address is "caudit@ssax.com".

I sent them an e-mail last week Monday & I still am waiting to hear from
them.  I had trouble installing the product & e-mailed them for
clarification of their instructions.  Never heard anything so I did it the
way I would normally install a library & it worked.  Installed the BPCSMON
product which I'm guessing ran all week.  Here it is Monday one week later
&
I am uninstalling the product which should have created a *savf to be
e-mail
back to SSA.  Except I didn't get a *savf file created, just a few more
errors in the job log.  That was e-mailed to them & here I wait for more
instructions.

Just curious who else has had problems with this "audit" function.
