Hello,

My BPCS version is 6.0.04.

From time to time, some customers orders are held, with the origin being
designed as Customer Hold.
After checking the set up of the customer, it appears that the ACR100
flag for customer hold is 0, which means not held.
It happens only for some customers, always the same, and never for other
customers.
By the way, we have two companies, it happens only for one company,
always this one, never for the other.

Does anyone knows about a similar incident ?
It it possible that another source for holding the customers (credit
limit, days, user...) be wrongly codifed by ORD700 as being customer
hold ?
When the user is entering the customer order, does he have the
possibility to hold the order by mistake, with the origin 'Customer'
being affected ?

Thanks in advance .

Michel MAUREL.
