We are Pick Confirming by Load, then Shift F2 to Confirm by order,
and then Shift F3 to display and check all lines, and then accept with F6.

Are you pick confirming by line or by order?
We have had problems with the infamous KITS when confirming
by order but by line
seems to work fine every time.

                Subject: IWI and ILI Imbalances

Now that I'm infamous as part of the top ten -

We have now established that we are experiencing an
imbalance
between ILI and IWI that resulted from what looks like the
partial
completion of some program as follows:

We Pick Confirm a CO containing a kit and its
components. The
components are allocated. The resulting component records
and transactions
                are OK.

For the parent, the IWI record gets an issue quantity
equal to the
quantity shipped, but no inventory transactions are created
(expecting a B
transaction and an = transaction) and no ILI record is
created. The ECL
                record shows shipped.

The result is that when we shipped a quantity of 3, the
IWI shows -3
on hand but the ILI records show zero.

Anybody see anything like this before and know the
suspect program?
