ADMIN ***** Cool BPCS_L statistics

If you are not on MIDRANGE-L you might not be aware of a cool addition to the 
list capabilities.

Here is what I sent ... notice format of subject of e-mail & same thing in 
the body

Subj:   get bpcs-l info.list-stats

Presumably you can do this with any of the other Midrange_L lists, including 
those we are not yet signed up to receive, so as to evaluate which has 
traffic volume at a rate we are interested in getting.
