We are using QMS 6.02MM (AS/400)but have never seen those messages.  As I
recall, most companies receive to stock and QMS has a program that is
constantly scanning inventory looking for QMS items/lots entering stock.
This program does not function the way a typical database trigger functions
though.  You can not go into a particular data file, ITH or ILI for example,
and see that a trigger is on the file.

It sounds as if you may be having problems with the QMS program that
monitors inventory (trigger).  You may look at doing a restore of that
program from tape prior to your problems surfacing.  OGS may be your best
bet on finding a solution to this problem if a restore does not help.
