ROBOT has a learn function in it. Make sure the ROBOT libraries are in
your library list; call a command line, start the learn function (STRLRN
I think, check the manual); run the BPCS program you want to capture; it
will get put in the ROBOT schedule and all the job descriptions,
parameters and local data area information will be captured with it.
ROBOT functions and scripts can then be used to schedule the job and
feed it dates and other parameters.

When I did this a while ago for BIL500, only the submitted batch job was
captured, it worked once for the records I had selected in the display
panels. You will either have to let users perform billing release and
intercept or suppress the submitted jobs; or obtain the ROBOT Replay
product and automate the interactive portion of the billing release
programs.
