Julio Hi! Once the goods actually arrive back, you must convert that RMA into a "credit order". You can use the "Save Copy As" functionality for that. It is only at this point that anything gets affected, inventory and the customer's account, because even though his A/R has not been credited yet, this "credit order" will reduce the amount of "open orders" that BPCS takes into consideration when calculating if the order should go on credit hold or not. Once the "credit order" gets billed, therefore creating an actual credit in the A/R, everything is taken care of. When you do the copy of the RMA into a "credit order" there are two ways to treat differences between what was in the RMA, what the customer expressed he was sending back, and what actually came through the door. You can first correct the RMA and then copy it to the "credit order" or you can create the "credit order" and then correct it there. If you use the former you will have a match between the RMA and the "credit order", however you will not have a history of the difference between what the customer said he was sending back and what he actually did send. If you use the latter, the opposite is true, you will have a history but you will not have a match. I hope this helped.
