Setting up Optra Forms for BPCS

I am having trouble with getting the host data printed on my forms.

I have followed the instructions in the Optra forms manual and designed and 
constructed my forms.  I have downloaded them to my printer.  From there I 
am lost.

I have tried to change the parameter in my printer that allows Host Data 
Transform.  I get a msg that says that I need to vary off the printer to do 
this.  When the printer is varied off, I can change the parameter, but when 
I vary it on again, that parameter has been changed back again.

The Optraf Forms manual also talks about a file on the Optra forms 
installation disk that needs to be ftp'd to the AS/400.  The only form in 
that directory is a .txt file.  I have tried to upload it anyway, without 
any luck at all.

Can any one help?
