Some of my customers are using it. I will give you what experience and
comment they gave me.

Yes it is easy to implement and to set up.
It works quite well on 6.04.
Usually, a one day training course is required and enough for the key user
to have a good understanding and knowledge on CDM.

It proves very easy to understand for the users.
The only difficulty you may face is the lack of time of the users on a daily
basis to analyse the datas and to follow their cuistomers.
