Another experiment ... since I know from personal experience that sometimes 
weird stuff happens that defies explanation & sometimes it is simpler to fix 
it than to figure it out.

1. Create a query to list all CIC records whose cost is different from CMF 
bucket zero for the corresponding item & facility ... you may have to do some 
substringing to translate between warehouse & facility.

2. Run the query before the cost roll-up

3. Do CST600 cost roll-up for 100% items with cost set 1 for facility SW.

4. Run the query after the cost roll up.

The purpose of the query is to identify all the weird stuff.

If you are like us, there will be several inexplicable items, but when you 
study them to see what they have in common, it will suddenly hit you what the 
problem is.
