Here is a little different approach: I have seen several BPCS users print A/P checks using third-party laser check software to print on blank check stock with HP-compatible laser printers. Further advantages include elimination of multiple pre-printed check stocks and signature equipment. The spoolfile can be modified without any programming changes which sounds like your primary goal. Companies like Bottomline, Standard Register and ACOM are industry standards. ACOM has both Windows and AS/400 based solutions (www.acom.com) and can provide a vanilla BPCS A/P check format. Hope this helps. ----- Original Message ----- From: Chick Doe <Cdoe@barton-instruments.com> To: <BPCS-L@midrange.com> Cc: <cgodwin@ssax.com>; <gpetzel@ssax.com> Sent: Monday, May 08, 2000 6:03 PM Subject: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CHECKS > IS THERE A 'STANDARD' ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CHECK THAT CAN BE USED WITH BPCS OUT OF THE BOX? (VERSION 6.1.00 IF THAT MATTERS). IF SO WHERE CAN I PURCHASE THEM?
