Anyone have suggestions on the following problem:

Since going to V6.1 Full Client Server, bracket promotions are not being applied
to some orders.  If we reprice next business day, promotion is applied. ...SSA
unable to duplicate problem. 

In some cases, original orders have promotion applied and several days later we
find that orders do not have a bracket promotion applied and are indicating list
price applied..  We have been running a crystal report each Friday to determine
if there are any open orders which do not have a bracket promotion applied. Six
orders were on report run today. 

Note:   Our bracket promotions are based on volume....example 1 to 4, 5 to 9
etc.
