We are also on 4.05 CD as well.  This announcement has caused concern in the
company I work for.  We have alot of projects scheduled centering around the
ERP.  It's hard to say what we will do, waiting for the ball to drop (SSA
actually filing for bankruptcy for one, Gore takeover for the other.)  For
the most part 4.05 CD is working for us, but the question is future support
for projects not yet started.
