Ronald, Here's a trick I've used at several clients. When a client voids a check, I have them enter the date voided into the date cashed field AMHCDA on AMH. At that point it is simple to look at AMH and know when a check was voided. If the check is not voided then the AMHCDA field represents the date it was cashed. --Paul Holstein iWork Software, L.L.C.
