Pick Release can not allocate on BPCS ver 6.0.02 -- BPCS-L

Dear all,

I have problem with Pick Release program, we have old warehouse & location
and when after running Pick Release Program the item can not allocate (
Warehouse & Location already Allocatable)
but when I create new warehouse and location and create order for the same
item and run Pick Release program the item allocated, I already check for
both warehouse and location have same setting and item have much stock.

Do you have idea ?
