Hello, The answer to this question is posted as an FAQ on OGS Online. Yes, you should clear the file when no one is using BPCS. This is a financials work file. There are others besides this one that should be cleared for CEA. The OEA menu has an option to clear the TDR files. That option will clear this file and the rest of them. CALL OEAMNU in green screen, or call Helpline for the BMR to get the OEA menu container to appear in your GUI panel and read the Help text for further information. There is also a document shipped with BPCS on the PC Client in either MM or CS that is in the DOC directory of the PC if you choose to load the documentation when you install the software, and it is called the OEA Maintenance Guide and explains further details.
