Oh yes. In use flag is a very common occurrance. We took two approaches to the problem. First, in front of every Invoicing run (Bil520), we use an SQL statement to reset any flags. Second, we created a program that listed all orders that had inuse set, it then allows the reset if the user is sure noone is in the order. There are also a couple of other circumstances that will cause order detail to not show up in confirmations, but this is the most prevalent. Bill > We have come across instances in the pick ship confirm program of order > processing where the orders do not show up even though they have gone > through the order processing cycle upto pick ship confirm. In order to > proceed we have to reset the in use flag in ECH to process those orders. > Has anyone come across this situation in version 4.05? > > Any help would be appreciated. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
