1S Record Problem -- BPCS-L

For those of you who have had this problem, we just identified a cause in
our environment.

HP/ORACLE 6.0.04

When setting up a new workstation or re-installing BPCS on a workstation, we
sometimes missed setting the Workstation Settings (we have been told they
are not used in the MRP/SFC modules so it didn't matter).  But without a
default Job Queue the FLT records locked and remained locked, until we reset
them.

Next time you see this problem, check the workstation settings.
