Ah!! The infamous '1S' records in FLT file. We spent the better part of a year figuring this out and resolving the problem. A number of things can cause an FLT record to remain in '1S' status. In SFC650 all postable records get this status initially. As they are posted it goes to 'P' status. We have had these occur when more than one person is attempting to run SFC650 at the same time and for other reasons too numerous to mention here. We now have a program that posts 'automagically' every 10 minutes and the problem has gone away. You can try clearing the '1S' status, but be very careful here that you do this when no one is posting labor. Once the status is cleared, the records may post on the next SFC650 run. Some, we found (using query match FLT to FOD), had already posted and were duplicate records, these we eventually purged from FLT. Bottom line is, you have to be very careful in trouble shooting these and dealing with them in the file.
