First - which program ord700d01,02 etc. Then also remember that Header information first then line info. If you have entered all the info and then some lines and then go to the ship info screen we have seen problems. Also we are having a problem with junk being displayed in the N & A of the shipping screen. So it is a bug somewhere. Hi All, I have an interesting problem that I have been trying to solve for about a couple of months now. We are on BPCS V6.0.04 July Cum + a few needed bmr's installed. Every once in a while, during order entry via ORD700, after hitting enter on the shipping screen, our ship-to addresses are being overwritten reverting back to the customer master sold-to address. I have tried tracking it and am unable to do so. There is simply no pattern at all to it. I can use the same customer on one order and it reverts but then enter another order for the same customer/ship to combination and it works just fine. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
