Well we run 6.04 at security level 40.

Their SHOULDN'T be any reason to run ANY 3rd party applications at security
level 40.  If V4.05CD does not run - then SSA should be asked why.

Basically the difference between 30 and 40 is OS/400 prohibits the use of MI
objects changing system objects (every object is set to *USER or *SYSTEM).

If V4.05 does not run at SecLvl 40 - I would want to know why SSA are
referencing system objects via MI.
