We're on 6.0.02 Plf March 1998 C/S. We use everything you've mentioned, and my recommendation is that you use SSA or another BPCS consultant for education and implementation assistance. This is a huge area, with many complications, and a lot of setup work. I don't think you can get what you need through this forum. Good luck.
