Hello,

I would suggest you phone the Australia Helpline in Sydney and request
assistance about this matter of seeing only a blank screen in your browser.
There could be a number of reasons.

Web browsers are 'pretty' when using the FTP site, but are not required. If
your web browser does not work, you can use the old-fashioned FTP client
(there are some shareware programs available on the internet such as LapLink
FTP) or run the FTP commands directly from a DOS command line (not sure how
you are set up to get out of your firewall, so that might be a problem for
you):

ftp ftp.ssax.com
it will prompt for user name. Enter name and press ENTER
it will prompt for password. Enter it and press ENTER
You are now on a Unix system so everything is case-sensitive when you are
trying to get files:

use the 'ls' command to list contents of a directory (use additional options
to see only a subset of what is inside a directory: 'ls O*' will show only
fixes beginning with capital letter 'O' for example, if there are too many
to see at one time)

The path for the directory with the OPS service pack should be
/ftp/as400/as400/opssp6461/

use the 'cd' command to change to a new directory
use 'cd ..' to go backwards
Then use 'bin' mode (binary) before starting the transfer
and do a 'get filename' for the file you want to download.
Type 'quit' to leave.

Thanks

Genyphyr Novak
