If you cannot access the menu you don't have the proper security authorisations
set up.
Check that your user profile is authorised to the menu OEA. (F13 then opt 9 menu
maint)
I have set myself as an 'S' (security officer) but if you are a 'U' you will
probably need authority
to program  CPR135B. Menu SYS opt 54 (umm of course you may not be authorised to
maintain
security, so its probably best you get your Security Officer to set you up.)
