Hi Marie,
I would recommend that you do performance analysis against this job and collect
debug joblog and/or DBMON info to determine what exactly is causing the problem.
In the meantime, pretty good match for your problem might be BMR38243 which just
got closed recently for V6.0.04 (you can see details on OGS). You might also
want to look BMRs 42842 and 42843 for more details of the performance problem
fixed in 38243. They are practically duplicates of this BMR.

Subject:  SFC650 slowwwwwwwwww

Is anyone having a problem with the Batch job SFC650XX .  When this runs in
batch it is taking 30-50% of the CPU.

We are on BPCS6.0.04 April 98 Cum.  We have tons of memory and dasd open so
it must be an SQL(ICK)
