We had already done this, but we did it last November.  We set up a stand alone
AS400 and had ALL the user watch the system tick over from 1999 to 2000.  This
was a full scale test with the users doing all their normal work and in a week
we switched dates 4 times each time we ran daily weekly and monthly processes.
As everything went OK there was no need for anyone to babysit.
