Kevin is right, the BMR number is 43578 and the workaround is as he described.

Yes we have had this problem. SSA helpline has a workaround.

When a client in SCM is started, the AS400 TCP/IP job uses the date of when the
server job was started, not the system date. SSA gave me a BMR number that is
to correct this and use system date, but I don't have handy. Once the 1st
person "takes" the old server job, a new one is started with today date. That
is why only the 1st person gets an old date.

Our solution is to end the deamon jobs at midnight and restart.

Hope this helps,

Subject: Default dates in COM

We are 6.0.02 C/S AS/400 and Windows 95.

We have a new problem that just popped up the other day. Orders entered on
one of the clients are consistently getting default request and book dates
that are one day previous, instead of the current date. All other clients
default to the current date. Checking the settings/control panel date shows
the correct (current) date. A database refresh shows the current date. We
can, of course, override these dates with the current date, but it's a real
waste of time.

Has this ever happened to anyone else? Any ideas?
