oludare, With CEA, you do not need to define this account. As many accounts which were in the previous versions (look ar for eaxample the accounts in the vendor type) it is no longer in use. You do not need it because you can define an account using alias (advanced macro) directly in CEA. For CASH ACCOUNT, you can, for example, define an account based on the macro BKACCTCASH for ACP. This is not a question of a specific model. The macro can be used in a lot of different models.
