Thanks for answer,

About your points.

The PUR900 does delete the completed lines even when
the Purchase Order is still open. It is doing it for
some of the orders. However, I don't know why another
completed lines keep in the HPO files and in my PUR
screens.

How often do you run PUR900?
We run Pur900 during the month end process, each time
it purges most of the lines but it has keeping other
and we have accumulate about 500 lines so far.

I know because financial people have to deal with
those lines each time that they are working in the
respective Purchase orders (PUR151,etc)
I also created a Query that shows all the PO lines
completed based on the SSA information. The Query is
pretty simple.

SELECT * PHCLDT FROM bpcsfz/HPO
WHERE PLTDT <= 19990825 and PPCLS <=19990825 and
pochdt <= 19990825 and pstat='3'

Currently, We are not working with that, We move to
BPCS last year because this issue, and everything was
set up and check it in that time.
